News just in is that Kuwait is blacked out. The nation has lost almost all electricity. Some people are tweeting that there are a few areas not affected, but Salmiya and the Airport area are confirmed to be without electricity. There are currently no traffic lights in the blacked out areas, causing lots of traffic. There is no word on the hospitals yet.
